Jason Heffren
Consultant/Pastor
Jason Heffren was born, raised and spent most of his adult life in the London, Ontario area. Jason has been married to Elisabeth since 1995 and together they are raising 7 children. Jason has been working in the financial services industry for over 2 decades in various roles both within the financial institutions and serving the financial institutions as a software service provider. Jason has a background of nearly 20 years in various sales roles which has given him an enlightened perspective on how to properly use an enterprise CRM system. During his nearly 14-year tenure with his last employer Jason served many roles from marketing, advertising, sales, client relations, training and product management. If you were to ask Jason what his part of his job was in all those years he would say it was when he had the opportunity to go to each client, listen to their challenges and concerns and help come up with solutions. He enjoyed doing on-site software demonstrations and training managers and end-users on the CRM he was so passionate about. It was this passion that was the encouragement to move into a consulting role so that he could better use his experience to help credit unions use their CRM systems to its maximum potential.
In addition to his business experience, Jason has served in various leadership roles within the churches he has been a part of since his youth. Jason has served in the same church, London Christian Fellowship International (LCFI) for the past 20 years and as an ordained minister since 2014. Leadership is another of Jason’s passions. As a minister he is devoted to raising up leaders to do the work of the ministry as opposed to the ministers doing all the work of the ministry. Jason and his team have successfully transitioned their church into a decentralized house church model where each group functions semi-autonomously. Jason is now focusing his attention on raising up the next set of leaders so that the church can grow within their region and beyond.
In addition to his pastoral responsibilities Jason is also a director of the Christian Ministers Association (CMA), an organization dedicated to providing a place for ministers and leaders who wish to function within the framework of a national ministerial fellowship rather than a traditional denominational organization of churches. CMA is an association whose leaders are members rather than their churches or ministries.
